It was a very easy and amazing process. I drove 6 hours round trip to pick up my new sorento. Mary had everything all ready to go for when I arrived. I'm very pleased with how everything went. If you are in the area make sure to stop in and ask for Mary Spearman or Devin Spearman. They will take very good care of you. This is my second car I have bought from her and had great experiences each time.

Great customer service didn’t feel like the staff thought of me as just trying to sell me a car I actually felt like they cared about my situation and getting me the best deal possible and working with me thru insurance, Mary has been extremely helpful throughout my visits to kia over a couple years she always remembered me and what we talked about even tho it had been months in between I really felt like she cared about getting me into a nice vehicle. All in all great service!

I would like to say thank you to Sage. Surge and I met this summer when my mom came in to check out some vehicles. Surge is such a terrible salesman that he was able to break through both my mom and I. Surge is a super kind and knowledgeable salesperson and he doesn’t use the typical high pressure tactics we all despise. I came in with a list of ground rules as to what and how I expected this experience to be. Surge upheld my expectations and surpassed them. As awful as he is, he put me into my dream car. I absolutely love coming here to have my vehicle serviced. They go above and beyond every single time. I actually purchased my Kia at a different dealership. I went there for a free service and inspection. I walked out paying almost 1k in repairs for a Kia that was only 6 months old and less than 30k in mileage. After having an awful experience at another dealer when buying a Kia, I called Taylor Kia and spoke with Preston Cumming about a van I had only owned for two months when the motor went bad. Preston did an amazing job taking care of me and worked hard to get most of the repairs covered under Kia’s warranty, even though I did not purchase the vehicle from Taylor Kia. That level of service really means a lot. Because of how I was treated, I will definitely be doing more business with Taylor Kia, and I will be telling everyone I know about my experience.
